I was a little surprised to this bird, and its cousin the yellow-crowned, out in the morning, but the day was a bit overcast.

Today I took the camera outside while I read. Every once in a while I'd look up and see an opportunity. These noisy and very entertaining birds live just over the fence in the neighbor's backyard. I saw at least four today. More images on the way.
